Refund Eligibility

We offer a refund if requested within 7 days of the original transaction date. To be eligible for a refund:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Your account must be in good standing
• You must provide the transaction details and reason for requesting a refund

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at notify@targetsde.com with the following information:

• Your full name and email address associated with your account
• Date of purchase and transaction ID (if available)
• The course or service you purchased
• Reason for requesting a refund

Processing of Refunds

Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it within 3-5 business days. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Your access to the purchased content will be revoked upon processing the refund

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund period
• If you have completed more than 30% of the course content
• For downloadable materials that have already been accessed or downloaded
• Special promotional offers that were explicitly marked as non-refundable

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, or other manipulative behavior. In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved in accordance with the laws of India.
